WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Sydney's sunny Northern Beaches! You are able to come pick up your designs from Avalon Beach, NSW.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
Sure do! We offer local delivery on all overs over $200, from Wahroonga, to Milsons Point, to Palm Beach... anywhere in the Northern Beaches and North Shore areas. If you live outside of this area and love our stuff then firstly, thank you for your support! Secondly, please contact us because we are more than happy to accomodate large event set ups outside of our regular service area.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We offer drop and go delivery in all local areas, for orders over $200.
Balloon Babes also offer a full balloon set up service (these are the large installations you can find on our Instagram). We recommend this service if you are setting up balloons on props and require something a little fuller than our Drop & Go Balloon Garlands. If you wish to enquire about our full installation service, please submit your enquiry via our 'Plan Your Event' page.
INSTALLATION
Prices for our full installation service are based on distance/ travel time from Avalon Beach - starting from $100.
ARE BALLOONS BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?
Balloons are created from natural latex rubber and not plastic... the only real issue is if they aren't disposed of properly! At Balloons Babes, we are huge advocates for the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance. We believe in changing the balloon industry for the best! We make sure our clients are fully aware of how to dispose of balloons correctly and to never ever EVER release balloons into the environment.BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE...
WE CAN RECYCLE YOUR BALLOONS FOR YOU! If you would like to recycle your balloons, please either drop the deflated balloons back to us or send them via snail mail. We love an environmentally conscious queen!!!!
HOW LONG DO AIR INFLATED BALLOONS LAST?
Air inflated designs can last weeks if they are looked after correctly. If your balloons are exposed to prolonged direct sunlight or heat they will most likely lose their beauty sooner (same here though #sunsafe). If you look after your balloons, we would LOVE it if you could share the magic and give your design away when your event is over... don't worry, we won't be offended!
HOW LONG DO HELIUM INFLATED BALLOONS LAST?
Most of our helium balloons will last around 1-3 days before they start to look a little worse for wear. Though, this does depend on the type of balloon, if hi-float is added and where they are displayed/stored. Again, direct sunlight and heat exposure are the bad guys here!
